Back from InfoComm 2025: 5 AV Trends That Inspired Us — and What They Mean for You

Written by Analytix Editorial Team | July 1, 2025

We’re back from InfoComm 2025 in sunny Orlando — and wow, what a ride!
Four days packed with game-changing tech, inspiring conversations, and opportunities to learn from the best minds in AV. Jeet, Mitul, and Chetan had the privilege of meeting forward-thinking integrators, reconnecting with familiar faces, and discovering the future of our industry — one booth, one idea, and one innovation at a time.

A huge thank you to the InfoComm team for hosting such a fantastic event. We’re already gearing up for InfoComm 2026 at Booth #N8058 — but first, here’s a look at what stood out this year, and how we’re already putting those insights to work.

1. AI & Automation Are No Longer “Next” — They’re Now

We saw AI take center stage — from smart control systems to auto-generated design workflows. It confirmed what we’ve already embraced: intelligent automation isn’t a bonus anymore, it’s the baseline. Our engineering and programming teams are already embedding these efficiencies into our CAD/BIM and AV logic design work.

2. BIM is Becoming the New Project Language

More clients are asking for BIM early in the project lifecycle — and it makes sense. BIM helps everyone speak the same design language, right from day one. Our clash detection and modelling services are helping integrators simplify coordination and reduce delays.

3. AV is Merging with IT and Smart Building Systems

The lines between AV, IT, and building management are fading fast. Today’s AV solutions must integrate with broader digital ecosystems. Our consulting services are tailored to help clients navigate that convergence — ensuring every device and network speaks fluently to the next.

4. Sustainability is More Than a Buzzword

We noticed a clear shift toward sustainable, efficient AV designs — from lean wiring to energy-conscious hardware. Our role? Providing clear, well-documented CAD and engineering that reduces waste and minimizes rework — both in cost and carbon.

5. Projects Start (and End) with the End User

It’s all about experience. Whether it’s an intuitive interface, ambient lighting, or immersive audio — end-user satisfaction is the real project metric. That’s why our programming and UI consulting go beyond functionality — to deliver wow-worthy simplicity.

Final Thought

InfoComm 2025 reminded us why we love this industry: it’s always evolving, always challenging, and always collaborative. We’re proud to be part of that journey — and excited to help our clients lead with smarter, sharper, and more scalable AV solutions.

See you in 2026 — Booth #N8058 — let’s keep building the future together.
